This notice explains what Lumio Inc. does with the details you give us on uniondesk.com. It covers this website only. Reports sent to a union through UnionDesk are covered by that union's own privacy notice.
Who is responsible
Lumio Inc., a company incorporated in the United States, makes UnionDesk and is responsible for the data collected on this website. For anything about your data, write to privacy@uniondesk.com.
What we collect
From the contact form: your name, organization and email, and your phone number and message if you give them.
Sent automatically with the form: your IP address, a description of your browser (its user agent) and the country your connection comes from. We use them to spot spam and abuse.
We don't ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't include any in your message.
What we use it for
To answer your request, schedule a presentation and talk with your organization about UnionDesk. We don't use it for anything else, we don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell it.
Who else handles it
Service providers who host this site and send email for us handle it on our behalf, under contract, and only so that we can reply. It is stored in the United States.
We don't share it with anyone else, unless a law or a court order requires it.
How long we keep it
While we're in conversation with your organization, and until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or object to how we use it (in Mexico, your ARCO rights), and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to privacy@uniondesk.com from the address you gave us and say what you'd like. We'll answer within the time the law sets.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, lang, which remembers the language you chose. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
To know how many people visit and which pages they read, we use a cookieless analytics service. It records the page, the site that sent you and your country, browser and device type. It uses your IP address only to count each visitor once a day and doesn't store it, so the counts can't be traced back to you.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll publish the new version on this page with its date.
